Faustenia Bomar was the ninth president of Beta Pi Omega Chapter.  Her tenure was September 1961 – December 1964.  She was initiated into Gamma Alpha chapter at Philander Smith College where she received a degree in Home Economics and Education.  She completed her Master's in Education at the University of Arkansas and completed sixty hours toward her Doctorate of Education at George Peabody College in Tennessee.  During her tenure she recalled that Beta Pi Omega’s song was written and that the chapter continued to work on the Heart Drives, presenting Fashionetta, and giving scholarships.  She also played a key role in organizing Epsilon Phi Chapter at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
