My membership in Beta Pi Omega Chapter began in 1995, and I've enjoyed many years of service and sisterhood in this wonderful organization. It is an honor to serve the community and represent this chapter. Currently, I serve as the Recording Secretary, a Certified Graduate Advisor core team member for Gamma Alpha Chapter at Philander Smith College, and the 2014 Ivy Ball Chairman. I am a member of the Scholarship, Membership, and Social committees and the Emerging Young Leaders Initiative. I am the proud mother of Brooklyn Johnson, who is also a member of Beta Pi Omega Chapter. Professionally, I am a Case Administrator at the United States Bankruptcy Court where I have been employed for sixteen years. I am a member of St. Mark Baptist Church. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, shopping, cooking, and reading.
Danyell Crutchfield Cummings, First Vice-President
I transferred into Beta Pi Omega Chapter in 1992, after graduating from Rhodes College where I was a charter member of Omicron Chi Chapter. Over the past 25 years, I have served my sorority and community by leading other committees and as an officer on different levels. I am extremely proud to have been given the opportunity by the International President to Chair the Health Initiative Service Project during the 2011 International Founders' Day weekend. I proudly serve as First Vice President and Program Chairman, where I am responsible for ensuring our chapter implements the Global Leadership through Timeless Service Initiatives. As an active member of Union A.M.E Church, I serve as a Steward and Youth Director. I have been employed as a Senior Sales Representative with Eli Lilly & Company for 10 years. For the past 19 years, I've been married to Jessie Hillard and we have been blessed with two awesome sons, Allen and Elliott. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family & friends and traveling.
Ashia Muhammad, Second Vice-President
Membership in Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, is a lifetime commitment. Anthony Robbins says, “Life is a gift; and it offers us the privilege, opportunity, and responsibility to give something back by becoming more.” After completing my undergraduate degree, it was imperative that I continue to uphold my vow of service to Alpha Kappa Alpha and I transferred to Beta Pi Omega Chapter in 2002. I have had the pleasure of serving as Assistant Recording Secretary, Assistant Graduate Advisor, and Graduate Advisor. On the regional level, I have served as a committee chairman for the 77th South Central Regional Conference and as a Service Activity Leader for National Founders’ Day held in 2011. Currently, I serve as Second Vice President and as Graduate Advisor to Gamma Alpha Chapter at Philander Smith College. After years of an accounting career, I am now in the public service sector. I am an active member of St. Matthew Church of God in Christ and enjoy spending time with my husband, Jeremy and our son, Jaxon; reading; shopping; and traveling.

My membership in Beta Pi Omega Chapter began in 1995, and I've enjoyed many years of service and sisterhood in this wonderful organization. Mia Wilson, Assistant Recording Secretary
I joined Beta Pi Omega chapter in 2009 so I could live out my promises to serve my community and mankind. I was born and reared in Little Rock; and after I returned from college in Memphis, Tennessee, I knew that Beta Pi Omega Chapter was the place for me to make a difference. My philosophy is "Changing the world must begin at home". As soon as I began my work in the chapter, I saw how hard my sisters worked, and I was so elated to be a part of each project I took on. I’ve served with our Founders’ Day committee, our protocol committee, and even helped with acquainting our new members to the way our organization operates. I am active in my church, St. John Missionary Baptist Church. Professionally, I am the judicial education specialist for the Administrative Office of the Courts, which is a part of the Arkansas Supreme Court. When I am not working, I enjoy meeting up with my family and close friends, discovering new movies, and painting.
Elizabeth Eskew, Assistant Corresponding Secretary
Laura Martin joined Beta Pi Omega in 2006. A community servant, she works for the City of Little Rock as the 911 Director for the Little Rock Police Department. She is a Homeland Security Specialist and a vital part of the overall Public Safety in the City of Little Rock. In addition to serving as the assistant Corresponding Secretary, she is a certified Graduate Advisor core team member for Gamma Alpha and Epsilon Phi chapters and is a member of the Membership Committee. A former Mrs. Arkansas (1995) she is a pageant Director, Judge, and Coach; and she loves mentoring young ladies. Laura has performed in many Theatrical Productions locally and enjoys International Travel with the mission team at St. Mark Baptist Church. She is the wife of the Rev. Kenneth Martin and the mother of Matthew and Seth.
LaChanda Filter, Corresponding Secretary
I became a member of Beta Pi Omega Chapter in 1981, and I consider it a privilege to serve with such talented and connected "sistahs"! Since becoming a member, I have served in various positions, such as secretary, assistant secretary, corresponding secretary, assistant recording secretary, and as chairperson of the Scholarship Committee. Currently, I am the corresponding secretary and the chairperson of the Economic Security Initiative. I am an active member of Union A.M.E. Church, where I serve as the Director of Christian Education. I am employed as the Officer Manager for the 12th Episcopal District Administrative Office. In 2013, I was elected 1st Vice President of the Women's Missionary Society of the 12th District and as 1st Vice President of the Connectional Ministers Spouses and Widows Organization plus PK's. I am married to Presiding Elder (retired) Eugene Brannon. I am also the mother of Eugene Elliott Brannon and Eugenia M. Brannon, who is also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. My spare time is enjoyed with family, friends, watching television, and reading magazines.
Pamela Drew, Treasurer
I was initiated into Gamma Alpha Chapter at Philander Smith College in November 1966.
My membership in Beta Pi Omega began in January 1972. Since that time, I have served as Epistoleus, Graduate Advisor, and currently as Tamiochus of the Chapter. I have worked on numerous committees over the years. The committees I am involved with now are Social Justice, Scholarship, Sisterly Relations, Budget, and Graduate Advisor's Council. I am a Silver Star, a Life Member, and in three years I look forward to becoming a 50 year member. Being a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, and Beta Pi Omega Chapter has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. My lovely daughter, Natalie, recently became a member of our great sisterhood; and I look forward to working with her in our Chapter. I retired in 2008 from AT&T after 34 years. I have 3 grown children and four adorable grands. I am an active member of Longley Baptist Church. In my spare time, I read, play Words with Friends, exercise, and spend time with family and friends.
Jimmie Weathersby, Assistant Treasurer
My membership with Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, began the Spring of 1996 with Epsilon Phi Chapter on the campus of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. I then followed a natural path to our graduate chapter, Beta Pi Omega, in 1999. I have since remained an active member with a willingness to serve wherever I am needed. I currently am the Chapter Financial Secretary. I am a Certified Graduate Advisor Council member; and I serve on numerous committees, such as Finance, Health, Project, Sisterly Relations, and Step Team. My Financial Secretary officer role, coupled with the many committee duties, keeps me rather busy. Even so, I still find time to enjoy life with family, friends, and lots of laughter. I am employed with Centene Corporation as a Registered Nurse. I have15 years of experience in Nursing and I am a Certified Case Manager. I truly love Beta Pi Omega. Our chapter and sisterhood is like no other and I look forward to many more years of dedicated service.

I have been a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, since 1975. I am a Silver Star and a Life member. I joined Beta Pi Omega Chapter in 2000 and have enjoyed many wonderful years of sisterhood, friendship, and community service. I currently serve as Hodegos (hostess), and it gives me great joy to welcome visiting Sorors and record attendance of Beta Pi Omega sorors. I am a member of the Courtesies/Gift committee, Founder's Day committee, Telephone Committee, and I enjoy singing with the Beta Pi Omega singers. I have one son and I attend Alllison Presbysterian Church were my husband serve as pastor. I am delighted to serve my community and work with such a fine group of women.

Clai Hall, Keeper of the Door
I became a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, in the Fall of 1977. I am a graduate of Xavier University of Louisiana with a Specialist in School Administration. I also attended the University of New Orleans and obtained a Master's Degree in Special Education and the University of Central Arkansas where I received a Bachelor's Degree in Education. I have been a member of Beta Pi Omega Chapter since 2006 and have chaired several committees, including Scrapbook and Ivy Ball Decorations. I have travelled to three Leadership Conferences and three Boules since 2006. Additionally, I have attended Regional Conferences for six consecutive years in several capacities including chapter delegate, convener, recorder, and awards committee member. I am a mother to a 4th generation AKA, wife of an Alpha Phi Alpha man, and member of the Order of Eastern Star Family. I have been a member of Greater Center Star Baptist Church in Little Rock since 2005.
Kristie Croom, Ivy Leaf Reporter
I am originally from Little Rock, but lived in Dallas, Texas, and the Los Angeles area for many years. After moving back to Little Rock in the late 1990s, I joined Beta Pi Omega and have served in several capacities since then. I currently serve as the chapter's Ivy Leaf Reporter, chairman of the Publicity committee, a Certified Graduate Advisor core team member for Gamma Alpha Chapter at Philander Smith College, and a member of the Health committee. I enjoy reading, cycling, and trying new restaurants.
Valerie Kelly, Parlimentarian
I was initiated into Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, (AKA) through the Gamma Alpha Chapter at Philander Smith College on March 1, 1976. Being raised in the home of an Alpha Phi Alpha man, it was imperative for his daughter to be an AKA. Consequently, at the age of 5 I planted Ivy to beautify the landscape of the flower garden of our home. I did not understand that this momentous occasion predestined my membership in Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. As an undergraduate, I served as the president for two years. In this role, leadership necessitated a commitment to be courageous. While in graduate school and dealing with life’s circumstances, my membership in Alpha Kappa Alpha became inactive. I failed to notice how much I missed membership until I reunited with Beta Pi Omega Chapter in 1989. I have served as Graduate Advisor (graduated in the first class of certified graduate advisors), Vice President, and President as well as a member of the first graduate step team in South Central Region. Additionally, I became a Silver Star in 2001 and a Life Member in 2002. Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., has and will continue to be a motivating force in my life. Aristotle said, “We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit. “ We have membership in Alpha Kappa Alpha because we acted rightly.
Dr. Estella Morris, Historian
I was inducted into Beta Pi Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, in the Fall of 2006. Since joining, I have served as Assistant Secretary and have worked with the Executive, Membership, and Sisterly Relations committees. Currently, I am the chair of the History Committee and am in the process of documenting the “Timeless Service” of the Beta Pi Omega Chapter. Professionally, I am the Program Manager of the Comprehensive Homeless Center of Excellence at Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Arkansas Medical Sciences Campus, a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Social Work from Jackson State University. Additionally, I have been the recipient of many awards, and I am proud to be widely known for my work on social justice issues. In my spare time, I enjoy dancing, going to movies, and making jewelry. I am a member of Mosaic Church of Central Arkansas and am married with two children and one grandchild.

Vickie Williams, Chaplain
My membership in Beta Pi Omega Chapter began in 2006, and I have truly enjoyed my experience in this wonderful sisterhood! Currently, I serve as the Chaplain, a Certified Graduate Advisor Core Team Member for Gamma Alpha Chapter at Philander Smith College, and the Meditation Committee Chairman. I am a member of the Scholarship, Membership, and Social committees, and the Emerging Young Leaders Initiative. I am also a Beta Pi Omega Singer. I am married to Derrick Alan Warren, and we are the proud parents of Natalia LaNa' Rhodes Warren. Profesionally, I am a teacher with the North Little Rock School District. This year I was blessed to be named North Little Rock School District's Teacher of the Year 2013-2014, making me the first African American elementary teacher in the District to receive this honor. I am also a National Board Certified Teacher. I have been a member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church in North Little Rock for over 26 years. In my spare time I enjoy shopping, singing, and spending time with children, family, and friends.
Natalie Rhodes-Warren, Graduate Advisor (Gamma Alpha)
My membership in Alpha Kappa Alpha began when I was initiated in the Spring of 1999 into Epsilon Phi Chapter at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and it is there where I currently serve as Graduate Advisor. I have enjoyed many years of service and sisterhood in this wonderful organization and have been moving fast and furious since returning to Beta Pi Omega Chapter in 2011. It is an honor to serve the community and represent this chapter. In addition to serving as Graduate Advisor, I am the Co-Chairman of the Emerging Young Leaders Committee and Co-Chairman of the Beta Pi Omega Graduate Advisory Council. I am also a member of the Scholarship Committee and Social Committee. I am the proud mother of two amazing daughters, Reagan Elizabeth, 12, and Morgan Elyse, 7. I hold Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Business with emphasis in Human Resources and have been working in Human Resources for the last 9 years. I am currently working as a Seniorr Staffing Manager for AT&T Mobility. I am a member of St. Mark Baptist Church where I work in the Youth Ministry. In my spare time, I am a Soccer mom, basketball mom, and cheer mom. I love spending time with my family and relaxing.
